Mezcal Gin is a double distilled, small-batch Gin produced from a Mezcal base of 100% wild Agave Cenizo. Cenizo Agave is endemic to the state of Durango, Mexico and takes between 9 to 13 years to reach full maturity. It is known to be one of the most aromatic and flavourful Agaves once transformed into Mezcal. Through an ancestral elaboration process and the London Dry Gin method, Mezcal Gin has been able to obtain the classic characteristics of a great Mezcal with the magical essence of the gin. This Gins unique, botanical blend is hand-crafted using juniper, cardamom, dragon eye, guinea pepper, angelica root, coriander seed, orange peel, ancho chilli, hibiscus flower, lemongrass and avocado leaves. Following the maceration process, the botanical blend is infused into the Mezcal by the rising vapours during the distillation process.
