We sure party know how to party with Agave Spirits, but Mexico was built on Corn. 

These two spirits come from the town of Jilotepec the Abasolo, in the state of Mexico, just on the outskirts of Mexico City.  The native corn there, Cacahuazintle was all but lost when the project of these two spirits came to life and is now a thriving crop in the region, giving many of the locals, a reason to devote their time to agriculture.
