This bottle of Los Azulejos Reposado from the Skelly range features the straw hat. It is the ageing process of six months spent in premium oak barrels where this tequila acquires the characteristics that defines its personality. Through careful production, this Reposado is aged just long enough to create a smooth palate and inherit subtle oak notes from the barrel without overstaying and losing the natural agave flavour of a great tequila. A very aromatic expression with herbal and vegetal notes upon aeration, this tequila expresses itself on the palette throughout different stages, starting bright and clean, before mellowing out into soft oak and vanilla and finishing long, sweet and vegetal.
