A first of its kind nectar which has evolved from Sophie's years of experience producing highland tequila. This Calle 23 expression is produced from 'Criollo' Blue Agave (pronounced Kree-o-yo). The 'Criollo' Blue Agave has an incredible sweet heart and stays small even at full maturity. This is the first Tequila exclusively distilled with 'Criollo' Blue Agave without mixing with regular Blue Agave. Calle 23 'Criollo' comes in a beautifully hand blown, glass bottle.
